+8 ring of slaying unrand?

So we've got Ring of Shaolin{+8 EV}, Ring of Robustness{+8 AC}, and with the amulet reform Brooch of Shielding became a +8 amulet of reflection. Why isn't there a +8 ring of slaying? Would it be too overpowered, even for an unrand that would generate so rarely?

Note: I'm not saying there should be one, I just find it weird that it's... missing.
