Minor Naga Buff

Give the spit poison ability a chance of blinding the target. "Your poison splashes into the {foo}'s eyes."Specifically:

XL x multiplier vs HD check.

Multiplier = 2 if target is rPois-; 1 on normal targets; 0.5 on rPois+; 0 on rPois (immune).

Why? Spit Poison already seems quite strong... And how would you handle the mutation?

Naga is quite strong at its current form and can become extremely powerful if you have a long term plan.

Yiuf'd. While one of the mods who is also a dev can disagree with me, I'm pretty sure that byrel has already hit the nail on the head, bcadren: there's no good answer to "why?" here, especially since this "minor" buff creates a ton of inconsistencies with monster nagas, unless you also planned on letting their poisonous spit blind the player.

Re: Minor Naga Buff

naga is weak because it has a weak earlygame. The main earlygame problems you have are already vs pois immune or when spit poison is on cd or misses. IMO not a good change.

This suggests that Ash is a weak god. Oh and Chei, too! (ducks)

But ashe is a terribly weak god. If I can get to the point where ashe actually does something I could probably win godless anyway.

Naga is weak because they are weak at early game.
early game is the most terrible part.
To focus early game is always right choice, to focus late game is always stupid choice.

I'd argue it does. Now I don't mind paying the cost of weak early for later power, but that's just my playstyle. Being weak early on is definitely a cost, though. I've always done poorly with ash for this reason, but I've played far too much chei and have gotten used to that particular challenge.

Naga of chei is doubling down on early weakness in return for doubling down on later power. I find that interesting, but I wouldn't argue against someone who thinks that's a terrible idea (it probably is).
