• Confuses, frenzies, and slows whatever creature it affects, strongly poisoning it and setting its base damage to zero.
• The affected monster leaves a trail of miasma and occasionally drops a putrefying chunk.
• Whenever a chunk is dropped in this way, it has the same effect as casting fear at that location, with low spellpower.
• If a creature dies while affected by this spell, it leaves a skeleton and an appropriate number of putrefying chunks.
