So I was terribly bored and it was reasonably quiet today at work, so I watched this.

Summary: Spriggan fire elementalist who decides to handle the entrance to Tomb:3 by fireballing mummies, even when he's completely surrounded and is thus hitting himself with his own fireballs. No idea what his fire resistance was, but even so, there's bolt of fire for a reason! Not to mention the noise issue of fireball probably being why the tomb:3 stairs were so horribly surrounded in the first place. The mummy death curses from aoeing down several mummies at once are ultimately what does him in.

If you're going for a death by blaze of glory, at least use firestorm. #RemoveDeathCurses

I watched until he died, which I'm fairly sure is the end of it. Think it was a fireball and then the resulting 2-3 final death curses that killed him, although I suppose I could fire this up again...

Reminds me of the time I was ninja'ing the orb and tele'd within 4 steps of the orb chamber. Took one step, which was onto a Zot trap, which paralyzed me for 7 turns, during which time I was berserked by a moth of wrath and surrounded by OOF's and berserk orb guardians. Except I survived and this poor sucker didn't. Good times.

So the scroll of immolation and the zot trap were part of it, but I don't think it's that funny or I missed much the first time...Scrolls of immolation are more dangerous than they're useful imho.

Also for the record he had rF++, which isn't enough to be usign scrolls of immo in packed areas (then again, nothing is).

It's funny because he blinked into a Zot trap, which blasted the area with a corrosion blast(?) which set off the immolated mummies and killed him.
