Yeah, that's a rare-ish Ashenzari vault that tells you which of the alternating Lair branches you have in your game. I've gotten it... once before, I think. It's pretty cool. :3

The point of that vault is that it tells you which Lair branches you are going to get. In this case treerex5 is ensured to have the Swamp and the Spider's Nest as his Lair branches if he survives to see them. (This is possible since this is decided at the start of the game.)

I love this vault, first time I saw it convinced me to worship Ash instead of Oka, although I died so soon after it didn't matter.

Grunt was the masterful dev who created this vault.

Go with any god you want. Ash is awesome, but it's not like he's mandatory.

Just found the Temple, so I'm going with nemmy.

I found a wand of random effects by zap testing it on a worm, which promptly reformed as that ONE D:2 BASILISK after which I ran downstairs and put travel exclusions encircling the upstairs.
