YAVP (trunk) DsIE, Vehumet, 15 runes, full zig
I got the impression at one point that crawl.akrasiac.org collected wins from other servers, does anyone know if that's correct? Anyway I have 17 wins there:

This was my first win with an Ice Elementalist. Ice Storm does not have smite-targeting like Fire Storm, but it's still crazy powerful (I cleared elf:3 so quickly my head spun). I ditched one Zig because I didn't have enough food, but I finished a second one after I found Necromutation. The final level had 24 pan lords on it (!!) but I never really lost the upper hand (I had multiple wands of hasting and healing and +10 pearl dragon armour). The sharp spines mutation is really great -- you can sit there and channel energy while popcorn kills itself.
This was on the trunk, so I got to explore the new Abyss, which is must less horrible than the old one. There are interesting new creatures, the terrain is more stable, and there seemed to be a lot more exits. I expected the final level to be more scary, but I was fairly invincible at that point.
