This would have been my fifth win. I tried to get more than 3 runes for the first time, but after some battles in Hell I decided to collect the safe win. Unfortunately, I got surprised on the very last step.

I checked and it is my lowest rot loss among my winners. Oh wait, this is no winner.

I definitely hate rotting and I always have problems avoiding it.

Huhhm, I never seem to have lategame rot, though I tend to get deformed body. Then again, I skip the crypt and tomb.

I am exceptionally paranoid about rot and will use potions to cure even 1 point of it if I have curing, or wait for 3 and use heal wounds. Obviously not all characters have a stash of potions...but always keep curing around and remove the rot condition as soon as it shows up, and you should avoid getting down 20+ hp.
