CiP: XL 15 HEWn braves Tartarus and comes out with a rune

In this game everything fell into place to do something cool. D:2 TSO, Hat of the Alchemist in a bazaar, Book of Wizardry, and on a basilisk island, the Sword of Jihad. So I found myself on the portal to Hell on Lair:8 well-equipped to actually do one of the Hells, with Haste and this quite amazing weapon.
Geryon was actually quite tough. Killing all his minions was no problem, but the first time I went for him personally he spammed so many hell beasts I had to ?blink out at low HP. The second time, me and my hasted angel killed him with ease, only allowing him to summon one of his minions.
So into Tartarus we went, it seemed like the obvious choice considering rN+++, rC+ and Ereshkigal being a wimp. The descent was very hard and I needed many attempts. Shadow Fiends were not too bad, with one exception: a hell effect dropped one onto me combined with a silent spectre. Luckily I had good luck on my attack rolls and killed it in two hits. Reapers were horrible. They could slice me open with two hits, no problem; in fact, a reaper managed to bring me into a dangerous situation even when I was escaping with the rune. Bone dragons were something only my angels could handle.
Tar:7 had some liches and I was lucky to only need two trips there. When I was in Ereshkigal's room (thanks Grunt for all the vault advice!), I cast Haste on myself, summed three angels, quaffed magic, summoned two more angels and cast Haste on them, then pressed tw. I had an anxious wait of about 10 turns and then IRC told me that I had killed Ereshkigal. I grabbed the rune and went out as quickly as I could. By now I was XL 17, which is the lowest level the bone rune has ever been taken at; however it has been done before with a SpEn so I only equalled the record. HEWn is a bit harder than SpEn for this though
Well, I'm quite crippled now, low on consumables and badly mutated. I guess I'll have to do some normal crawling before doing another Hell; Orcish Mines here I come!

The Jihad continues! I played on, eventually restocked on healing and cured my rot, did Crypt, entered a Book of Death-requiring trove, then went to Cocytus for my second rune at XL 21. I killed Antaeus after a brief period in melee and a longer period of spamming him with angels (total used: 7, 4 were hitting him at once at one point), killing him at XL 22. I used my last ?teleportation to get out of there. I guess it's Gehenna next... after I find some cure mutation potions.
Oh and I yet have Orc to do... hm.

Went to Tomb for my third rune, and am now XL 27 with Tornado at 4% failure. I guess the only really entertaining things left for this char are zigs.
I'll swap to a normal eudemon blade for Pan/the remaining Hells/Abyss. While Jihad is really, really good, I can't afford losing rMut to permanent clarity...

Man, i have to log in just to say how impressed i am , as this would be one of the most ridiculous (-awesome-) character i've ever seen . Actually i feel pretty bad about myself as i'm still struggle a lot with the game while you play just like crawl was some goddamn checker .
