Finally.
Nothing in-game that I can think of that was very special. I did Zot without rElec and only rF++. Orb run was very easy, only 2 Pan lords to tele away from. This is also the first time I've tried getting haste castable on an Mi. Oh, my. I have seen the light, advice givers. I only cast haste itself less than 10 times, but each time was important, and I believe it was the reason for success. Having Swift up in Zot and for the Orb run helped as well. Actually using those !speed, such as V:8 stairs, rather than just carry them around.
I know this is considered an easy combo. Last week I splatted a MiGl on Z:5 after grabbing the Orb. Completely my fault. That loss forced me to take my time this game and pay attention a bit better. Now that I know that I can actually win, I think my games will go a bit better.
