I burned through a lot of Nemelex decks early, leaving me very little for the assault on the Orb. I need to do a better job of conserving summoning decks for later. Also, I flooded a lot of my first stash in Lair with a deck of Dungeons.. picked water and watched everything wash away!

No less than four Orbs of Fire showed up in Zot:5, and me without mutation protection. I didn't want to use a cure potion because I found the Bailey that had 3 each of gain int, dex and str and didn't want to lose those mutations also. Demonic Guardian 3 kicked in as my lvl 25 mutation and when the Executioner showed up, that plus shadow creature summons and my wand of cold were able to handle the Orbs.

This was the first time I've tried a summoner at all and I'm surprised how easy it makes certain parts of the game.
