YAVP: 15 rune MiFi
I switched from Okawaru to TSO after clearing the vaults and maxed my piety in the Crypt and Abyss before attempting the Tomb. I had several close calls in the tomb but managed to get through thanks to my wand of teleportation and a lot of stair dancing. The slime pits presented almost no trouble with the exception of the Royal Jelly, so I summoned 6 angels to kill him with. That was the last time I really used my bows on this character, heavily favoring what would become my +9 sacred scourge instead.
When I started Pandemonium I had rF+++, rC+++, and rN+++ from TSO, +12 Golden Dragon Armor, and some nice jewelry including an amulet with rMut, rC+, and rF++. I cleared pandemonium after getting banished to the abyss several times, and getting heavily mutated during my fight with Mnoleg. I went into the realm of Zot hoping to find a potion of cure mutation, of which I only found 4 in the entire play through if I recall correctly. After finding and using it I still had several negative mutations and got some even worse one from an orb of fire. I switched my god to Zin at this point and spent a while killing abominations in the abyss until I maxed his piety and cured all of my mutations.
With Zin at max Piety I entered hell. It was pretty easy for the most part. The closest I came to dying was when I got overconfident and just started holding down tab to clear a room of enemies inside of Dis, which caused a tormenter to take me down to about 20 HP. I also entombed and Antaeus before grabbing his rune and teleporting away because my lack of mobility on Coc:7 made me nervous, making him the only unique enemy that I encountered and didn't kill.
From there I went down to Zot:5 again and cleared out those annoying orbs of fire without being mutated beyond recognition. With all of my gear and level 27 maces, unarmed, shields, fighting, and armor they were the only thing that presented a threat to me. With them out of the way I grabbed the orb and had a stroll out of the dungeon that was only interrupted by one Pan lord and a few groups of hell hounds.
