I is die? Clown turned me into swine, can't drink or read.
Had mega luck with items this run, so much regen+++++ sources that my third rune was abyssal
Any way that I could suvive this low hp surrounded swine situation?

If you get out of this, I definitely will want to know how you did. I don't see what you can still do to prevent your death in the next move.

What I would try (without any hope) is to kill the dragon with Major Destruction, which would give you some HP from Makhleb, and then try to get to the Teleport trap.
