Actually, more like take 10 because I've splatted a few in the meantime
This is the first one to survive Lair (and Orc).
Rather disappointingly, he's a grey draconian, so no breath weapon.

Anyway, not sure what to train now.
Force Lance, which I've been using a lot needs Conjurations and Translocations to get to full strength.
Fulminant Prism, which I've also been using a lot needs Conjurations and Hexes.
Battlesphere which I haven't been using much, but probably should be, requires Conjurations and Charms.

Orb of destruction is really good. It makes many low-level conjurations obsolete.
I'd try to learn some earth, because you have a skill boost in earth, and learning some earth might convince Vem to grant you more earth spells.
Iskenderun's Battlesphere + magic dart can carry you a long way, but if you learn OoD you won't need it, and can stop training charms. Same with hexes.
Translocations has some useful spells for conjurers.

Your AC is pretty good, in part because you're a grey draconian. I'd train more dodging and stealth.

I can see you're running out of spell levels. You can try forgetting spells you rarely use. If that doesn't free up enough spell levels, I wouldn't be afraid to sacrifice high-level spells such as Iskenderun's Battlesphere if you can get something significantly better. The only spells I would advise against forgetting are Blink and Methic Cloud.

Thanks for the advice, Petercordia.

I've learned Orb of Destruction and it is soooooo good. It should be called Instant Chunks.
I forgot Mystic Blast in order to learn OOD. I didn't use that much anyway and OOD makes it redundant.

I've now focussed Spellcasting and Conjurations and turned off all other magic skills.
I'm also putting some into Shields to get it to 4 to offset the buckler penalty (meant to do it earlier, but forgot).
I'm also training Dodging as you suggested.
I'm not sure of the utility of training Stealth though. I'm planning on blasting monsters from afar, not sneaking up on them.

Got teleported into a bunch of monsters and then every time I teleported/blinked away they would come with me. WTF?

Guardian serpents can teleport monsters in THEIR LOS around you if you are in the LOS of the serpent.

They are faster than most other monsters in the level, so you can carefully lure them away. Blink is a good spell to have in the snake pit: you can blink out of the circle till the serpent decide to do something else.
