I'm going for DsEn, not happy with muts right now (guardian...) but found a pretty good randart ringmail. I guess that Dith Stealth bonus allows me to wear this pretty easily, right ?

I think Dith actually doubles the stealth penalty from the armour, because Dith doubles your stealth.
That said, it looks like your stealth is decent enough :)
