TAVP - DSBe - 15 runer

Got a nice set of mutations but I'm curious if I should change up my strategy for extended. Currently I have been relying on faith to let me berserk/BIA/hand etc whenever I wanted to but I don't need it as much and I think the drawbacks are bit riskier in extended, so I'm considering switching up jewelry and wanted some advice on which pieces might be best. Also, should I switch to one of my triple swords or keep my nice shield of resistance and double sword?

In addition to the listed jewelry, I have a ring {+Blink, rF++, MP+9 Dex-3} and amulet of vitality {Regen+ HP+15} in a shop that I can snag.

I'm considering dropping my ring with ICE one it, but I also lose the rElec and Slaying bonus for the rF++, that would let me drop my current amulet for either vitality or my {Reflect, rN++, SH+5} for better torment resistance and defenses in extended.

Any other advice not specifically asked for is also appreciated of course.

Train launcher/throwing, extended is so much easier when you kill those tormentors and hellions at range.
