My DsWi is turning into a badass...
Posted: Thursday, 15th December 2016, 21:27It all started when I killed Crazy Yiuf and took his +4 quarterstaff of chaos. Finished getting mephitic cloud castable with <10% failure, got staffs to ~6.5 skill, and am now tearing everything up.
I barely needed spells aside from an occasional mephitic.
I found a brand weapon scroll and now its a +5 quarterstaff of freezing (+5 due to an enchant weapon scroll I read-IDed).
I also found: U - the +2 leather armour of the Greedy {rF+ Slay+5}
Then I found a book of flames and got sticky flame.
Down on L:4 now having no trouble so far. I have +4 ac from 2nd rank iridescent scales, a 3rd rank demonic guardian (reapers, executioners, etc)... just ping things with dazzling spray or magic dart, sticky flame & smack em once or twice when close and they die.
Harder things get a high rank demon friend to deal with...
And for later, I already found/was gifted a bunch of good stuff, and there is a book of power for sale at a store somewhere.
So I have Pois Arrow, fireball, delayed fireball for down the road. (Well, already have the latter two memorized, but not using them too much yet.)
Of course, now that I've posted this I'm sure I'll die before finishing lair.
