Let me know what you think.
You're a fighter, so any magic you learn is going to be support magic to boost your role in melee. Even pure conjurations spells would be best used to soften up monsters at range before you finish them with melee, although it's usually more effective to learn proper "support" magic than simply offensive magic on a fighter.
You'll never be a full caster on this character - 13 int is far too low to cast level 9 spells. Obviously you could raise it by the time you get to the late game, but you won't really reach high enough values to make that viable. You'd want to learn support magic up to around level 5 or so, and not go higher than that. Twisting a gargoyle fighter into a mage would be a challenge conduct more than anything else. Kiku, regeneration, animate dead (with receive corpses) is a much less demanding plan, and would only require about level 10-12 necromancy with maybe 4-5 charms. You'll primarily be training your physical skills. You'll be able to invoke torment somewhat more than most races since you resist it, but still be careful with that.
