Yeah, I had only just learnt Invis when I got killed by the javelineer - basically forgot I had it. I have learnt Silence, but almost not used it - non hexable monsters just get iron shotted and statue fist pounded. I guess I will at least remember to use it if and when I am confronted by an ancient lich.
The good felid news
(see dump) is that I haven't died since the Shoals, and have now cleared the Depths (apart from one flight-required vault which I will clear later once I am sure my potions of flight aren't going to be necessary elsewhere.
The bad felid news is I have Mennas guarding the entrance in Crypt 1 and Mara loose on Vaults 4, making stair dancing V5 a not very appealing prospect.
What with my Ash worshipyness, theoretically my 3rd (and most likely final) rune could be the Abyssal one, but I hate the Abyss with the passion of a thousand burning sun demons, and going there voluntarily with a felid just sounds like suicide.
I was going to forget LRD to make room for summon hydra, in order to kill juggernauts, but all the juggs were generated in a very wall intensive vault, so I ended up killing them with butterflies and LRD... definitely a lesson there. If I could find the book of the warp I could try to get Malign Gateway and CBlink up, but that hasn't happened so far.
Should I aim for Dragon Form for Zot, or should I just Statue Form it? I do love my AC in SF. And my damage output.
