Using more of the hexes. Inner Flame is incredibly powerful, but very risky if misused - if used with Slow, less so, but still dangerous. Leda's seems mediocre, but once I've sat my elven butt down in the chokepoint, it's useful to slow down the orcs and hill giants coming my way. Corona is the butter to my arrowbread - my bow works fine without it, but it's very useful to be able to buff my accuracy. And it works when I get in melee too! Speaking of melee, my +13 long sword of freezing is almost at mindelay. Yay! A hybrid, finally!

Usually people do Orc 2 right after last level of Lair, it is usually much easier than Lair branches or even late Dungeon.

Edit. I would get longbow to min delay before training any Hexes.

I have no Evo skill, but a disc of storms and rElec via my sword. Should I train Evo?

Where to? Everywhere looks too dangerous. Maybe D:15 again?

If D:15 is uncleared then yes, go there. I'm afraid you'll have to go back to Snake (or Shoals) after this since all other places are worse ideas. I would go to snake because many monsters are under speed 10, were you using that to your advantage in your tactics? Otherwise watch out for the damage shock serpents can do, and guardian serpent's blink allies ability.

I would not train any Evocations yet, especially for disk of storms, the items you are really looking for are rods, and evokers that give you allies.

After getting your first rune, an easier stretch of the game will start, since you can do Vaults 1-4, the other lair branch, Crypt and finally Depths, all of which are quite safe compared to characters' typical power level in there. Do not go to depths before your first rune.
