So, this character is interesting. All demonspawn are strangely overpowered if you hit endgame.
Tier 3 muts define your character, and this is no exception. Robust 3 was insane. At one point I was berserked by a Moth of wrath while fighting 4 orbs of fire, and I barely ducked below half health. In fact, after getting robust 3, I went below half health only 6 times, and 4 of them involved torment. And whenever I was in a tight spot, my demonic guardian appeared to bail me out. Also, I had 16 free AC with the heaviest armours in the game, meaning nothing much could punch through it (not to mention the shield).
When I cracked into a treasure trove, I got the amulet of air, very useful defensively. However, this, combined with the low damage and accuracy of my broad axe, meant that my damage output was rather low. But nothing could hurt me, so it was fine in the end.
This is starting to sound more like a YAVP than a CIP, because I need to ask a question. Should I cash in this win, or just grab the orb and get out? It would be my first crack at extended, so I am wondering if this is enough stuff.

So, this character is interesting. All demonspawn are strangely overpowered if you hit endgame.
Tier 3 muts define your character, and this is no exception. Robust 3 was insane. At one point I was berserked by a Moth of wrath while fighting 4 orbs of fire, and I barely ducked below half health. In fact, after getting robust 3, I went below half health only 6 times, and 4 of them involved torment. And whenever I was in a tight spot, my demonic guardian appeared to bail me out. Also, I had 16 free AC with the heaviest armours in the game, meaning nothing much could punch through it (not to mention the shield).
When I cracked into a treasure trove, I got the amulet of air, very useful defensively. However, this, combined with the low damage and accuracy of my broad axe, meant that my damage output was rather low. But nothing could hurt me, so it was fine in the end.
This is starting to sound more like a YAVP than a CIP, because I need to ask a question. Should I cash in this win, or just grab the orb and get out? It would be my first crack at extended, so I am wondering if this is enough stuff.
