[YASD] - SpEn - Zot 4 miscast cBlink

So I think I'm looking pretty good. I'm kind of curious if I should keep this dagger for a bit, or try to brand and enchant a rapier up? The dagger seems nice for now in swamp/snake.

Also, I have a swamp dragon hide, should I make swamp dragon armor for snake and/or more AC or just stick with my robe until I get an artifact?

skills wise, I'm feeling pretty good. Most things I have about a 70% give or take chance to confuse or tukimas. Dazzling for groups. Not sure if I should continue to try and get more hexes since, I know it will taper off or keep pumping fighting/dodging, or try to get ice online for fcloud and bolt of cold?

Jewelry - regeneration or +3 reflection amulet more useful?

Any other advice is welcome. About to go hit snake now.

Update. elec quick blade in hall of blades has replaced the dagger. Found an artifact robe but I'm not sure if its actually better than my plain old +2 rF robe.

The artefact is +0 robe of happiness (rF+ rCorr STR+3 DEX-2)

Fire is the same and it has rCorr but I'm thinking its not worth losing the 2 AC and having my EV drop from the -2 Dex just for rCorr. Am I wrong on this?

Yes 2 ac is better than most randart properties you can get.
The rule of thumb of properties exceptions which may be better than ac are archmagi and slay

Had one side of Zot5 cleared, was heading upstairs to heal after a OoF which was followed by running into an a lich and group of draconians by the stairs. Tried to go up to heal and was surrounded. Miscast cBlink trying to get to the next set of stairs :( So close. I was almost into the orb chamber in Z5. Just had 2 more Guardians on the side I was clearing.
