Took me a while to get going, but right now I'm feeling pretty good about my undead army. Lair:8 and Orc felt too easy though, I'm getting a bit too overconfident charging into battles.
I'm thinking Dragon Form to 5%, swap Blade Hands(used it a whopping 1 times...) for Invisibility, then back to more Fighting/UC/Dodge.

Would've been YASD if I started any other race, "huh, naga sharpshooters have portal projectile?" ;-)
