Even without knowing the source code I'm very sure that AC+66 is impossible for a ring (and could have caused the crash).

Even if that ring only had +44 AC, it would still be pretty good.

As it seems like syadasti doesn't know, the normal limit for randomly generated rings is +6 ac. There's a fixed artefact ring which grants +8 ac, with no other properties. +66 ac rings should be completely impossible, and whatever bug caused that might have also be what led to the crash.

On a side note, with a +66 ac ring, you really don't need to wear ponderous armor anymore.
