YASD- the hell was I thinking?
Just plain dumb.
I'd taken a kicking and then attracted the attention of a komodo dragon. So many things I could have done, but I had to square up and start thumping the lizard. I could have had an angel rip it apart- if I'd started calling when I saw it, my shonky Invocations would have had time to whip one up. Could have zerked it to bits myself, I was wearing rage. The worst of it is TSO actually saved me from a mortal blow and I KEPT AT IT! Urg. I'm usually a very thoughtful crawler, I swear. Not sure what happened there.
Check out the gear that died with him. Artifact mace of holy wrath. Vicious long sword and a robe of positive energy. I'd just found some appropriate spell books to start training Conjurations, too. Really kicking myself on this one.
