Why'd you take off your starting robe? It's +1 ac with literally no downsides. Granted you don't get the +2 everyone else does, and you have +11 rather early on, but that's no reason to throw away free ac.

If you're intending to literally play as a nudist all game long, that's a rather challenging condition, so I don't see why you'd be shamed by the eventual death. Put a robe on :P

I swear I had 12 AC with the robe and still had 12 when I took it off. I assumed it had something to do with the misshapen body trait.

In the short term: don't wear heavier armour, go for sticky flame, find a better weapon.

Update!

What would you be training next? What would you have done differently?

I have very little in the way of books, would it be worth it to work towards dispel undead? Seems like Bolt of Fire should be effective vs. liches.

Still waiting for a book of the warp, which is very high priority.

Weapon!?! What should I do, I don't think I've ever gotten this far without any commitment to any weapon category! I kind of want to string it along until I find my first killer artefact weapon...but I know that is a bad line of reasoning.

Got a +6 artefact leather, awesome. Before that shop came along in O:4 I was building a +5 PDA. What would you wear? The rF+ and Slay +3 on the leather seem like they could be a deal breaker...

I'd train some armour and go for the PDA as soon as it gets reasonable. It will offer much better protection and if in need of fire resistance you can always swap in your mace and/or a ring. The slaying bonus is unimportant if your main damage dealer are spells.

On a caster it is perfectly viable to forgo any weapon training until you find something special you absolutely want to use or even for the entire game. Your short swort will take care of anything non-threatening and you probably don't want to fight anything threatening in melee anyway. Of course with Chei attribute boots, transitioning into a more melee centered style would be possible as well.

Otherwise it is hard to tell what to train without knowing what spells you got access to. I'd say you need some non-fiery damage dealer. OOD, iron shot, LCS, maybe bolt of magma would be good options but you may also fill that gap with a good weapon. If you've got nothing else, dispel undead isn't bad either in particular for ancient liches (rf+) and resistant player ghosts.

1) you're not wearing a second ring.
2) it's very hard to give spell advice because I'm not sure what books you have. I would generally add regeneration, (mass) abjuration, repel missiles and some non-resistable damage spell. So something like IMB or iron shot. But basically it's just a matter of what you find. Dispel undead is a very good choice, especially if you have regeneration.
3) Speaking of the book of the warp - that's fairly rare and you may not find it. Be prepared for that case. CBlink isn't as necessary as you may think, although it's always nice to have, of course. Sometimes I'll skip doing extended without it, but you should be fine either way. I remember one time that I did do extended with it and I ended up casting it only 4 times all game long.
4) The leather armor is amazing and I'd keep using it for the time being. Eventually you'll want to switch to the PDA as you get a few more scrolls and train armor skill. Consider enchanting your gloves right now, they're good gloves.
5) If you get a scroll of acquirement, your two best options are armor (for a barding) or wands (for heal wounds, or failing that maybe teleport). I usually go for the barding first, but if you really want to try for heal wounds wands, that's fine too. You don't have snake this game, so finding a barding may be otherwise quite difficult.
6) weapon choice is really quite wide open. I'm assuming you're going to remain primarily magic, so you don't want to invest in unarmed, which would take 15-20 levels to get good. Pick something that's usable with less skill, say a demon weapon, since you're using shields. I'd probably pick up the first demon weapon you find and train that a bit, but if you want to hold out for a specific type you can. Polearms are pretty useful when you have trouble walking, as you do.
