Thoughts on my first win:
*0.14 Nemelex is the shizz. No need to micro your sacrifices, because you get all decks at a fixed percentage rate. Just sacrifice all the dungeon trash. 0.14 Nemelex is extraordinarily user-friendly.
*MiFi is a very solid core, as you all know. Nemelex gives you everything you don't have. Destruction for ranged attacks, Summoning for summons, Escape for mobility. Experience from Wonders is nice, but it barely even qualifies as icing on the cake. AND IT'S ALL POWERED BY EVO (+0) AND PIETY.
*Get familiar with the new evocables. You'll be using them. Also, Acquire for Staves because you'll get Rods.
*Rods. Especially of Striking. You're not worshiping Trog or Oka, so don't expect any Eveningstars.
*On micromanaging decks: Draw Two from every new deck to identify it. Spam Destruction (unless you don't have a lot of it, then hold on to it for when you want to spam Destruction). Hold off on Summoning until you get rElec (and/or maybe sInv), as Foxfire can produce unfriendly VapoUrs, which will go invisible and lightning bolt you to death. My first few MiFis of Nem died this way. Stack Escape decks as soon as you identify them, in such a way that gives you a variety of escape options (you're going to have a lot of Escape decks, and you want to know exactly what you're getting from them). Don't mess with Wonders until you get a source of rMut, so you can eat Helixes. Triple-Draw from Wonders for experience (and even then, you run the risk of a Shuffle at the bottom of the deck).
*Rods of Striking ain't too shabby, but you will want a backup weapon (which could be another Rod of Striking or two). Train MF to 14 for min delay on the rods, and higher if you get an Eveningstar or something.
*I put too much into Shields, and I trained Dodging enough to get it equal to my Dex. Training Dodging may not have been necessary at all, what with the GDA I was wearing.
*Rods of Striking are fun because they give you melee offense from Evo, which powers all of your everything else.
*Everything into STR from 1-9, INT from 12-18, back to STR after.
