YASD: Invincible KoFE

This was by far the most progress any of my characters have ever made. Before this, I only made it to the third level of the Lair. I descended the dungeon until level 12 or so, finding a nice flaming weapon that helped me with the hydras in the Lair, which is where I went and cleared as soon as I found it. After clearing it, I went to the Orcish Mines and I found a nice set of shops on the bottom. One of the shops had a ring that granted rPois, which led naturally to going to the Snake Pit.

Once I descended to Snake Pit:5, hell was raised- literally! Surrounding me were dozens of hell knights and other stuff! I climbed back up, with one following me. All of my fancy fire destruction tools were useless, so I blinked away, got a bunch of poison blowgun shots on it, and with the help of Makhleb's greater servant, destroyed it. I did have fire resistance, but it wouldn't be enough to survive against the hell knights...

Figuring I got unlucky with the staircase placement on the 5th level, I tried another staircase, and again, was surrounded. This time about 6 hell knights followed me up, and I was at a dozen or two HP. I blinked to a corridor, intending to heal wounds and summon a bunch of greater servants, but two of the hell knights had me in their LOS after the blink, and destroyed me.

I trained Air Magic so high in an attempt to learn Tornado...but the failure rate wouldn't budge from 100%.
