Found an Armor in Orc. It's a +6 Chain Mail with +4 to damage. I'm currently using a +0 Plate of rF. The rF is nice and Plate has a better base armor rating, but chain mail isn't far off and is already enchanted. I only have one EA scroll. It's pretty expensive, but +4 damage is nice. Although, take a look at the rings I have equipped... Is it possible to have TOO much slaying? >_>

Omfg....

That character was so ridiculously powerful and moments after making this topic I fall victim to paralyzation from an Orc Sorcerer. A ****ing Orc. 99% of things I came across in these damn mines bowed down to me immediately.

So pissed -_-

Slaying is overestimated, you cannot die because of no slaying.

Definitely should have put the ring om but I believe I fell victim to a false sense of security. I fully explored Orc and fought maybe four enemies. It just put me in a trance.

Yes, consider wearing ring(s) of protection from magic in Orc/Vault/Elf by default unless you are already almost immune to magic. It is not rare for me to wear 2 such rings instead of slaying, AC, rF+ etc. They are the most useful rings for me, I hate banishment/paralysis too much.

How does a Beogh character die to paralysis without his friends killing the offender first?
