CiP: DeCj skills

I have been playing some Conjurers lately, this is my the best progress for now.
Have few questions about skills.

Should I train Armour skill? Couldnt find decent armour for now.
I am planning to train weapons+shields skills later on. (when find some decent weapon and shield too)
Which skills I should focus on beside that?
Also cant find an spell book with elements spells.

if you have access to any Necromancy spells at all, that falchion could be an amazing weapon (we also don't know how well enchanted it is).
Once your god powers are more reliable, I'd get a bit of Charms/Hexes and then more conjurations, mixing in fighting/dodging as you wish. No need to train any new skills until you have something worth training for.

Don't train armour until you have something heavier you want to wear. With chei that could happen at any time, a good plate is fine for DECj of chei - you'll just train your spell skills a bit more.

I think you've overtrained spellcasting a bit. You know all the spells in your starting book, yet you have 12 free spell levels and nothing to spend them on. In the future I'd recommend not training spellcasting more than you need to, since you could be putting that XP into other skills e.g. conjurations.

I'd buy the EV ring, because you already have two rings of magic resistance and +EV will always help protect you against most sources of damage (pretty much everything that doesn't have a guaranteed chance to hit like Magic Dart) whereas magic resistance only helps protect you from getting paralyzed/confused/etc. Also, the EV ring has SInv which is very nice to have, and rN+ will help protect you against draining. I guess you could buy the MR++ ring if you're expecting to run into a lot of confusion/paralysis/etc, and it would be good to be able to swap it in for the rC+ when you need it. If this was my character, I probably wouldn't buy it, especially since I'd already have two rings of MR+.

Have you really not found any cloaks yet? I find that it is rather unusual to not pick one up by the time I've reached lair. Maybe you should do CTRL+F and search for "cloak", to see if maybe you passed one up without realizing it.

What Laraso said, but also, I would seriously recommend wearing one of your MR rings over that ring of positive energy.

No helmets, cloaks, or boots yet? I'd do a quick search for those (ctrl+F, search for "helm", "cloak", "boot") and see if maybe you missed any, that's just free AC if any exist.

what else is money for? I'd buy both rings, wearing two or more (0.13) MR rings on one finger seems fine. If you can buy only one, probably the EV one first (it even strictly replaces the positive energy ring).

DECj of chei in a robe can probably throw wizardry ring into lava.

Aye, thats exactly what I have done (hit ctrl+f), right after cleaning the Orcish Mines. Alas there are no cloaks, no helmets, no boots. :/

Wanted to get out of that level asap, dont know why I prolonged my stay there, even when I noticed that it is tricky level.
Run into an treasure chamber full of nasties, naga mages, vampires, deep elf mages, mottled dragons. ouch

Eventually, evocations, maybe a little staves - wucad mu doesn't have great melee but +9 still helps. But with Wucad Mu specifically on a Cj or similar book background before choosing a god, I would always choose Ashenzari as clarity gets a lot better (Ash's other benefits are great too).
