I just found this in Ice Cave :

E - a +1 crystal plate armour of cold resistance

Should I put all next points into Str and fight unarmed with this ?
Or is a FDA enough and I go towards high-level spells ? (ex : Shatter)

Hey there and welcome. A bit of etiquette for the tavern, put your character dump in [ code ] tags, makes it much easier for folks to read.

For a transmuter, I would stick with lighter armour. Heavy armour affects your to-hit for unarmed AND makes it hard to cast your spells.

I say the best short-term plan is to stop training fighting, dodging and spellcasting, and train only UC instead.

Uh, I think you are getting a little bit ahead of yourself thinking about shatter right now. Unless the hunger cost is really annoying you and affecting your enjoyment of the game, stop training spell casting. You have 7 spell slots and 9 rations. It isn't needed at the moment, and you don't need the MP.

I'd memorize sticks to snakes and use it, personally.

I agree that getting more Unarmed Combat would be in order, though if you want to put two or three levels in ice first those will come very cheaply and probably bring ice form down to 8% or so—not necessary but it is nice to have ice form reliable in Lair. Main thing is to get UC up though. After that I'd go for more dodging.

It isn't top priority, but one thing to keep in mind is that you have two elemental evokers already, and a lot of wands. Evocations would be an excellent thing to branch out into once your base skills are a bit higher—that would give you a lot of versatility and some ranged firepower on a much shorter time line than level 9 spells. :)
