Yo,
while my mummies gets all lost in lair, i started this crazy char without any previous experience.
Surprisingly i come that far and i'm kinda lost. Lost just one life on early dangers.
First of all .. WTF i'm collapsed. The ring Str+6 did let me fight even with deteriorating mutation, until i lost all the strenght. WHOPS.
According to the wiki i'll be able to survive but movement will be really slow. Is this correct? There was not one curemut pot, i'll have to rely on mutagenic corpses to try the fix.
The bad side is that i have only one more dungeon level to find some. Ideas?
I noticed Makhleb is pretty dangerous when spamming small daemons since the one with mutation is the most common in this game (which lead to this situation). On the other side i couldn't go probably that far since heal-on-kill saved me 2-3 times in early dungeon floors.
Necromancy start book is good whenever it ain't bad. I started skilling unarmed combat way too late (it was lair:3 or so). My plan before the "collapsed" red string was to learn ice beast and get it online. Is that good as for now? I'm not sure if transmutations will suppress my strenght ring. Blade hands was my second choice.
Also as for long term plan (lol), since i don't know if/when higher necro book will appear should i keep skilling necromancy to improve vampiric draining/control undeads? I wasn't able to control a skeletal warrior in d:14, the damn one that drained my last strenght point (got killed by my allies when i got paralized.. phew!).

Surprisingly i come that far and i'm kinda lost. Lost just one life on early dangers.
First of all .. WTF i'm collapsed. The ring Str+6 did let me fight even with deteriorating mutation, until i lost all the strenght. WHOPS.
According to the wiki i'll be able to survive but movement will be really slow. Is this correct? There was not one curemut pot, i'll have to rely on mutagenic corpses to try the fix.
The bad side is that i have only one more dungeon level to find some. Ideas?
I noticed Makhleb is pretty dangerous when spamming small daemons since the one with mutation is the most common in this game (which lead to this situation). On the other side i couldn't go probably that far since heal-on-kill saved me 2-3 times in early dungeon floors.
Necromancy start book is good whenever it ain't bad. I started skilling unarmed combat way too late (it was lair:3 or so). My plan before the "collapsed" red string was to learn ice beast and get it online. Is that good as for now? I'm not sure if transmutations will suppress my strenght ring. Blade hands was my second choice.
Also as for long term plan (lol), since i don't know if/when higher necro book will appear should i keep skilling necromancy to improve vampiric draining/control undeads? I wasn't able to control a skeletal warrior in d:14, the damn one that drained my last strenght point (got killed by my allies when i got paralized.. phew!).
I'm open to suggestions
