Just wanted to share this rather odd game with you guys. Started this CeAK with the intention of running and corrupting everything. Doing just fine running around the dungeon, until I find this ice cave... with a smelly/faintly humming/whatever crystal plate armour at the end! I identify it... +21!! I decide to hold onto to it and gallop and corrupt my way through orc and elf. I find a vampiric lajatang in the hall of blades and some nice loot in elf. My strength is still low however... and I just really want to wear this beautiful crystal plate armour. Chei it is I guess!
Smash my way through Snake, Shoals, Slime, Vaults (with some running away from Mennas) and Tomb. I Rebrand my lajatang before Tomb... venom! Bleh. On my way out towards Depths I kill Mennas and loot his lovely eudemon blade so I can slice myself some demon baloney in extended. I am a bit scared to go there, no heal wounds wand, only 1 scroll of recharging for my teleportation wand... At this point the game got a bit more difficult (torment/hellfire), but I manage to passage myself past all the lords and nab their runes.
I make my way down Zot, not very eventful. Only 1 orb of fire! Now... the ascension. Everything is going fine until I get back up to Zot 1. The RNG provided me with the vault with 3 downstairs surrounded by cages of draconian summoners. I try to tele away (tried at least 8 times) and I keep landing here. Finally make it to the entrance of Zot... A pan lord appears! With distortion branded attacks of course. And surely I get teleported in the middle of the summoners again, with this time an ice fiend that decided to join the party. Nevertheless, I decided to kill them all and get the hell out.
Ascension was fairly uneventful. Cerebov decides to say hello at D:1. I manage to get away from him with passage of golubria, and make my way out of the dungeon.
Haha my centaur brethren! Centaur speed and ranged weaponry? Nobody needs that!
