CIP: SpHu^Zin

I thought a Spriggan of Zin would be a nice way to stack restrictions. ("Oh, woe is me, for Zin will not let me eat intelligent creatures...except I don't eat meat anyhow.")

My questions:
  1. What spells should I take?
  2. Should I look for something different in weapons?
  3. Any other suggestions?

Haste and rMsl are obvious choices (I'd raise exclusively charms until you get haste). Tmut/earth is a strange choice, what are you going for? Petrify? You'd be better off getting Haste and then working on your relatively low Fighting/weapon/dodging skills. Fighting in particular is so low that it would probably be worth getting a few levels even before charms.

It was more "I wonder what Stoneskin does?" I get the feeling that it either isn't that useful, or that I need to be casting at higher spell power.

Stoneskin isn't good enough that you'd want to train earth/tmut specifically for stoneskin spellpower. It's still a good idea to cast it. That's simply due to the fact that it's a cheap buff with no downside, so you should have it up at all times (I personally wouldn't bother to cast it at all).
