Im not sure about armour and jewellery set up. Should I wear ring of fire and ice dragon armour, or go for that +6 ring mail and ring of the Mage?
Also about skills, should I go more with spellcasting/conjurations/fire, maybe even earth for iron shot,
or should I go for fighting/armour/dodging? EV kinda sucks in the ice dragon armour, it is better in the ring mail.

As far as I have been able to tell, wearing Ice/Fire buffs together basically cancel each other out, leaving little or no gain from the wearing of both. I think the Mage ring would do you better than the fire ring, given it has wiz and int, plus you'll never have to worry about MR again. And while your fail rates are all nearly perfect now, should you decide to branch out the Wiz will also help with that. That ring would relieve your cold vulnerability at the cost of one pip of fire spell power, plus further mitigate spell hunger, which boosting spellcasting would also do, and then you'll make up that pip in no time.

Earth is a good choice, because after shot wears out its usefulness you can graduate to LCS.

You will have better spell power with all your fire spells by wearing the ring of fire. (Whether it gives you enough spell power to show up as another # is a different story, as each additional # in power represents a much bigger increase over the previous one.) If you can offset the rC-, then ring of fire will increase your damage from bolt of fire, bolt of magma, and fireball. On the other hand, Ring of the Mage is good, obviously, and so is evocable rage and +5 EV (both your randart and Mage ring give MR++). Probably I would go with the randart ring, a ring of fire, and the ice dragon armor, provided it doesn't cause your spell failure (edit: read "success") rates to dip too low.
