How to ensure the peaceful condition?

For a long period I was disturbed by the loudly phone call noises when I fall asleep, which really makes me feel hard to fall asleep again, and a friend who has the same poroblem with me said he just use the 3g 4g signal blocker to help him cut off the signals of the mobile phones and then gain the peaceful condition. I just bought a lte jamming as he recommend me and now I can enjoy the quiet sleeping condition now.

I know that trolls aren't bright race in crawl.

But apparently they are so stupid that they don't know how to turn off sound from their mobile phones.
