YAVP - HuBe of Trog
I only played a human once, in the recent second season of the Sudden Death series, a HuHu. It is a good combination, a waste that I splatted early. So now I tried again, now with a berserker. The game started well, on D:5 came this:
This was my armour for a long time. I used a poisoned great mace in Lair, then got my antimagic great mace, enchanted it up, and that was that.
The game went smoothly, the first 2 runes were easy enough. Curiosly, there were very few jewellery in the game: I never found a ring of rF, cTele, an amulet of faith, clarity, rCorr. I really wanted a rCorr amulet to do the Slime pith for the third rune, so I went to Elf (a bad layout, not enough rock to dig a zigzag killhole, so I fled) and cleared Crypt, but no success. So finally I did Vaults:5, and it was not so bad: no warden in the welcome committee, so I stairdanced safely.
Meanwhile, I found a great GDA:
I should have had more Str for this, but it was still quite good.
Also, the best blowgun I've ever seen:
The end of the game was pretty standard, with an averagely bad ascension (a fast Panlord spawned 2 tiles to me on D:5, so I had to fight, but it was pretty weak.)
My 30th win, 15th online, 1st human.
