If possible, it would be good if tavern search could not prune your search - just find the first X results if needed, instead of removing all the words.

For example: Search found 1703 matches: healer strategy
ignored: healer

The best I can do is direct you to the phpBB search documentation. There's nothing we can do on the Administration control panel to modify the search function.
