Proposal is only to change the banishment mechanic of distortion, by far the most notable one. Other effects like teleportation and extra distortion damage do not need to change necessarily, continuing to work better on fast weapons. Except that page is copy-pasted off the changelog which is available everywhere else.
And you shouldn't edit it because it's intentionally spelled 'a'bility - pressing the button 'a' brings up the abilities menu.

By the way, a species with unlimited enchant scrolls should have relatively good throwing/UC/dodging apts, otherwise you're making it a doubly obvious choice to just go with enchantable weapons and enchantable armor, but those are the exact skills you slapped with -1 apts.
