Freeze is extremely powerful for a lvl 1 spell, way better than flame tongue, and on top of that IE has easy ticket to good defenses, plus summon ice beast. Throw icicle is very good too. Any of those is a great weapon. I'd probably go Arga. Speed is a great brand and it is fun to use unrands.

The exec axe will do more damage, but not until you get above 20 levels in axes, which is a lot of experience. But, again, any of these is really, really good.

Slow down. The game freezes when you don't input actions. This is a huge advantage in the player's favor. Whenever you find yourself in a tight spot, take your fingers off the keyboard, take a breath, and think through your options.

With 17 strength and halved base AC (deformed body), I don't think GDA is going to be a good choice here, especially with your current investment in spells. In terms of armor, are there any other worthwhile ring/scale/chain mail lying around? This is a situation where those might not be a bad choice...

I'd be very nervous walking around with 0 MR.

You got a demon trident and whip of electrocution, great weapons for this stage of the game. You've got quite a few redundant spells that you could clear out, but otherwise looks pretty typical in terms of skilling, etc. I'd go do Lair now.
