Just beat the game, gonna post in the other section of the forums, thanks for the opinions everybody!

Yeah I found a Demon Trident of Freezing, and one went down a lot faster (Could just be RNG) but I found the main problem. Apparently I had 16 negative/red mutations? I managed to heal them all but wtf? What enemies do that kind of black magic BS?

Lol, hate to get off topic, but how many levels of Zot are there? I almost just got my ass kicked by some fire ball thingy on Zot:1, clearing the floor was a hassle.

I have access to Mottled Dragon Armour, Fire Dragon Armour, Swamp Dragon Armour, Troll Armour etc...I don't need to wear Crystal Plate. I have never beaten the game before so I am probably going to go for 3 runes, just so I can say I have beaten the game before.

Just got a buckler and shield in Snake Pits:1, can I use a regular shield without magic penalty since I am a large creature?

I believe after you go to the floor with the portal initially then when you go to a different floor it still counts down. But it does not count down before you discover it.

Trying to kill a two-headed ogre with sandstorm seems like a bad idea, even with brilliance. I like the idea of kiting the orc pack or sneaking past them with a potion of invisibility.

Thank you so much Crate, that Cntrl+O menu helped me determine the floors the Orcish Mines could be on, and then I just used every set of stairs on those floors until I finally found it.

I can't find it at all...It is not a huge deal now I guess, I almost have the 2200 gold necessary to buy the Hellfire Arbalest and got past Swamps and Spider Nest. I would still like the ability to purchase new items though.
