I think crate's pretty much got it. I'd append you probably want rF++(+) in Geh. The fire blasts seem more spammy than the other hells (that is- Geh seems to favor direct blasts more than the other Hells, where the effects are mixed up more). Also, you can open your scores file in a text editor, and use copy paste to merge multiple score lists. ...assuming you have more than one list with entries you care about. If you don't, you just have to move the file.

You will pretty much always be able to find your chosen weapon of all but the rarest base types, you will always be able to bless/corrupt it, and you will always be able to enchant it. 1) can you target yourself with one? The effect is the same as firing a dart at yourself. 2) can you or an enemy be blinked into lava/deep water?
