Can you simply summon some stuff, inner flame it and let it chase you in the middle of clouds?
You could add freezing clouds and let it chase you.

Actually, the best solution is probably to avoid it altogether. Lead it to the top, that small peninsula in the top middle of the map.

I would do Spider without giving it a second thought. Centaur with +9 longbow of freezing with Okawaru... you have everything you need. 28 AC is plenty enough for such a character. None of those methods helps a low level MiBe with no scrolls of teleport and very far away from exits.
I just leave (or widly swing an axe or one of the methods in the wiki) when I find one without sinv when I am of a highest level with higher AC/EV.
But on D:5 it feels particularly unfair.
