Hey, actually I got a very powerful yet weird pet too in my last game. It was in Zot:5 and I got an Electric Golem after using a Deck of Summoning. :shock:

No it wasn't a hostile one turned friendly by Crusade card effect, because the golem disappeared after a while like it was summoned. :?:

As I understand it, acvar's idea is basically removing temporary foods for most races, while keeping the hunger system intact. Maybe if acvar's idea gets implemented, we can see a lot more permafoods littering the dungeon, to make up for the lost of tempfoods for most races.

Armors reduce damage, but when we deal with something like Hellfire which ignores AC? That should be the time when Ogres really shine. :)
