Just take the orb and win, there's no point in getting more exp or items. The chance of dying while clearing an extra area is higher than the insignificant amount of benefit you would get from it. Your character is very well equipped.

The spear isn't bad aside from rF- rC- (which is very bad later in the game). It has the damage of Wyrmbane with 5 less enchantment and 10 more strength. But demon trident of elec is way better.

You shouldn't have negative cold resist. You should have at least 0 cold resist and be ready to equip another cold resist item. I also had the displeasure of playing a demonspawn with antennae with Jiyva recently, but thought that it was such a rare case that it's not worth reporting.

I think thorn hunters should be slimifyable, and other similar cases too. Maybe they should be changed to living.

You should worship Okawaru on fighters because his gifts are great. This isn't that bad. For example if you want to play a melee character then getting weapon gifts is very good, regardless of the existence of heroism. Dith is great for spellcasters because of shadow mimic. Why is this bad reasoning?

Regen doesn't work when bloodless, it never did. It does work when near bloodless, you can use it to heal if you want to stay at low blood levels.

What the game needs is a special tile that stops autoexplore. But then you can't use autoexplore anymore because it will keep trying to go back to Yiuf's hut. You need autoexplore to ignore the area. Maybe confusion should not prevent canceling a transmutation form.

About the removal of clarity, I don't understand how mummies are supposed to do Spider now. And the lack of clarity is too harsh for them in general. Removing clarity and not adding any kind of alternative is not good imo.

I strongly agree with the opening post description of current ranged. Don't agree with the proposal because the advantages/disadvantages are not described and it still requires swapping between a good and a bad weapon to conserve ammo.

With decent damage and hp you can simply move towards orb spiders and melee them. Their kiting isn't perfect, they let you get into melee range, even in an open area.
