confusion stab damage from short blades is not generally a "one-shot" on monsters like stone giants (also if you read the log I was quoting it was a rapier of freezing)

Unless you have maxed out stabbing bonuses, in which case a rapier will be far better than a dagger. you need a ridiculous amount of dex, short blades and stealth skill to actually hit the cap from stabbing bonuses for non-dagger short blades. until then, daggers have twice as much stabbing bonuses...

well, it's not actually an interesting decision because the only time you'd want to use lignification with zin is when you don't have access to sanctuary, and in that case you can just abandon zin and quaff lig to avoid penance

hellions and tormentors are hd 7. hill giants are hd 11. should players be led to believe hellions and tormentors are "easier" than hill giants

In my experience hexes alone are not enough, you run out of mp too often and with qazlal you cannot just retreat to restore mp. stealth-based kills really help to have enough mp when you need it. stairdancing with felid is not exciting. it's not very hard to go up a set of stairs and...

Nemelex Nemelex should not give any decks of summoning to the loveless, only destruction and escape. Note, destruction can still summon an air elemental via Storm card. Nemelex gifting summoning to followers isn't actually a problem, unless "god is weaker after sacrificing love" is a prob...
