Disable bow, there's no point to train it further than 22, like any other melee skill, with Oka: heroism is so cheap you can happily spam in every fight against non popcorn enemies - and you should have reached min delay anyway. Thank you for the tips, guys! My level 11 CeHu has just killed Nessos at D11 with Wand of Confusion. I had no Blink spell and met him in a large open room so running away was not an option I believe. Drink potion of invisibilty, agility, speed, might and go downstairs to Vault 8. This is how I did it with my MiBe recently. If getting low on HP, you can always go upstairs though it is unlikely to happen.

I would compare plate armor with +AC ring vs ring mail with +Dex ring. I suspect the former is better with your current Dodging. I would go deeper into D and then into Vaults.

Also try to train some Evocation, it can be very useful with your Rod and Levitation

AC is irrelevant for pure fire/ice damage. You are probably thinking of fire/ice-BRANDED attacks - melee (and I think missiles as well) attacks add a percentage of their post-AC damage as fire/ice damage which then further gets reduced by rF/rC. Also note that some spells do mixed damage, e.g. Thro...
