For TSO worshippers the most obvious way to cut line of fire is to hide behind an angel. In extended, you can afford to always walk around with an angel.

The weirdest thing about your character is that +0 swamp dragon scales. This is a gargoyle with innate poison immunity. It is very hard to believe that that's the best body armour option available.

I'd go to Elf first (even the last level), Depths later, and only then think about the third rune. With your character I'd prefer Slime. You have a ring of rCorr and also can have MR+++ in case golden eyes show up.
