Actually it's a caster nerf, now non-mages have a higher chance to find a ranged attack via a wand before running into monsters, which previously only casters could do.

By the way, if you're playing 0.16, poison attacks were buffed versus monsters in 0.17. Basically even if they have rPois they still have a chance to get poisoned, just like players now.

Usually you can delete a post if you do it fast enough. I tried to do this in CYC and it said something like "You cannot delete posts in this forum."

No, that's correct. +10% HP gives you 10 percent more HP (though +HP items are applied afterwards), +1 MP gives you one more MP.

The problem there is "current"; you've killed them but not in a recent enough version. Unfortunately, if you leave that out, you get information about Norbert, Jozef, the fire giant, Terpsichore, Lamia, Pan, Satan Claus, Michael, and other removed uniques.

Fungi can spawn over time in Orc, Elf, and Swamp; plants can spawn over time in Swamp. (Lair gets its plants/fungi in level generation, in a step right after vaults are placed.)
