*Tele is technically different from regular teleportation because you can only get teleported near monsters. I guess it's even better now since vault rooms usually have a high concentration of monsters???

The only reason you know that 80 is better than 120 is that you have been informed of their meaning. A player looking at the screen does not understand that those correspond to costs, because they could correspond to a different scale (80 could mean you only get 80% of the experience compared to 100...

But it does not matter exactly how the game keeps track of skill points. Imagine that you go to some country and its currency is unintuitive, e.g. a candy bar costs 20 million dollars. You can still accurately manage financially by converting everything to a currency that you're comfortable working...

You just need more Staves skill to get a lajatang to min delay. For normal lajatangs the min delay is 0.7, and speed drops that by 1/3. (so randomly 0.4 and 0.5)

No, shadow dragon armour has an ER of 15 and even if you invested in str in every future level up you'd still come up short on mitigating EV/spellcasting penalties. I mean, put it on right now and look at your AC/EV and spell failure rates.

If you go higher than mottled dragon armour the low str will cripple any EV you have. Ideally you either want troll leather armour or steam dragon armour depending on whether you want the extra AC or the Regen+, then use Ozo to get more AC.

Yes, that's normal. Guardian Spirit prevents MP regen for Deep Dwarves. It even gives a specific message about it when you put it on.
