Ru in my experience has lead to the least amount of change in gameplay for all the characters I've used him with. Which is ironic considering he is the god of 'sacrifice'.

if you show the correct chance to hit, you are leaking info, whether or not there has been an attempt to hit the monster. If the orc was wearing a ring of evasion, you should be able to infer the exact EV bonus/malus on that ring, by looking at the chance to hit. You mean the ADJUSTED hit? Calling ...

You can reach upwards of 127,000 damage in a single turn using lernaean hydra simulacrum. But realistically any damage over 500 isn't noticeable against any enemy but lucky unique hell/pan lords. Octopodes make good lets plays, lots of newer players don't know how to handle them so its fun to watch someone be successful. Demonspawn is very fun because metations for lets plays.
